Kendra was amazing to work with. My stepdad had some unique issues that were going to make him difficult to place. Kendra took the time to really understand the situation, sorted through dozens of board and cares (B&C), and came up with a short list for us to tour.

Her experience running a B&C helped her eliminate several places based on information maintained by the state regulatory agency and making phone calls to vet their ability to take on a challenging patient/resident. The options that we looked at were excellent and Kendra had us debrief after each visit to understand what we like and didn't like, until we found a place where we felt very comfortable.

It's as if she's looking for a place for her own family member.
